The service offers a variety of training classes in different disciplines, including high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, yoga, cycling, treadmill running, dance, core, and mindful cool down.
One of the main features of Apple Fitness+ is its tight integration with Apple Watch. Users can start a workout on their Apple Watch and see their real-time workout metrics like heart rate, calories burned, and progress displayed on the screen as they follow instructor-led workouts on their iPhone, iPad or Apple.
